The Farm (part one)

This gallery contains 5 photos.

We had so much fun at the farm. Here we are out and about, meeting the animals and going on a nature walk.

Farm

We had a brilliant time at the farm. We saw the animals, went on a senses walk, made pancakes and learned all about what farmers do. Photos to follow…

CLASS TRIP!

On Monday 9th February classes 1 and 2 will be visiting Morrells Wood Farm, Leighton. The children are visiting the farm as part of their work towards the Countryside and Farming Award. We will be cooking, learning about the animals and where they live, creating some large scale artwork and talking to Farmer Derek. We might even go on a dinosaur hunt…

There will be a letter coming home with your child about this on Monday which will have details of clothing needed and packed lunch options. The cost of the trip is £3.85 per child which will need to be in school, with the completed slip off the bottom of the letter, by Wednesday 4th February.

The children are very excited about the trip and can’t wait to continue their Farming Friday work at the farm.

Many thanks for your continued support,
Miss Lomas
